These terms concern the information website at vertoporge.com and associated website addresses. They do not replace a separately agreed service contract or restrict rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

2. Website information

This website introduces our practices and provides contact information. Content is general information, not advice tailored to your circumstances or a guarantee of a particular result. Confirm requirements, availability and suitability with us before relying on a description for a decision.

3. Enquiries and service agreements

Browsing, clicking a contact link or sending an initial enquiry does not by itself place an order or conclude a project contract. The website has no online payments or automated booking or purchasing process. Fees, deliverables, timelines, revisions, expenses, ownership and licensing, confidentiality, data processing, cancellation and other service obligations must be agreed separately. Agreed engagement terms govern that engagement, subject to mandatory consumer and other statutory rights.

4. Permitted use

You may browse, share links and retain reasonable copies to evaluate or discuss our services. Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with availability, distribute malicious material, impersonate the company or use content unlawfully. Use permitted by applicable law remains permitted.

5. Intellectual property

Website content, branding and design are owned by VERTO PORGE or used under applicable permissions and licences. Third-party materials remain subject to their owners’ rights and licences. Except for permitted uses above or as allowed by law, commercial reproduction, adaptation or distribution requires the relevant rights holder’s permission. Browsing grants no ownership of branding, software, concepts or other intellectual property. Rights in commissioned work are addressed in the relevant service agreement.

6. Accuracy and availability

We aim to present useful and accurate information, but descriptions can change. We may correct or update content and cannot promise uninterrupted availability or that all information is complete, current or error-free. Confirm material details with us. This does not permit misleading representations or remove legal duties.

7. Third-party services

External links are provided for convenience. Third-party websites, email applications, calling and hosting services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Linking does not transfer responsibility for their content to Verto Porge or imply endorsement of every statement.

8. Liability and legal rights

To the extent permitted by law, VERTO PORGE is not responsible for loss arising solely from reliance on general website information or interruptions beyond its reasonable control. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct or any liability or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Applicable Consumer Protection Act rights and other mandatory protections remain intact. Liability for an agreed project is addressed in its agreement, subject to law.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Notice explains handling of information connected with the website and enquiries. Avoid sending confidential project material or unnecessary sensitive information before appropriate arrangements are in place.

10. Law and concerns

South African law applies, subject to any mandatory law applicable to a visitor or transaction. Raise concerns at ntsako@vertoporge.com or +27 74 261 8529. Nothing requires waiver of a statutory complaint process, regulator access or the right to approach a court of competent jurisdiction.

11. Changes

We may revise these website terms and show the effective date here. Changes do not retrospectively alter a separately concluded agreement.
